You can even get your seeds from the same package you bought for cooking. These came from an organic bean mix.
Sometimes the food we buy traveled a long way and might not grow well in our climate. It might have even been irradiated to kill any bugs and this procedure will “kill” the seeds as well. If it says organic it’s a good sign you can plant it. And buy local if possible!
